Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes.<br/>L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents.<br/>Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée.<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires.<br/>Les pièces de rechange d'origine distribuées par les constructeurs correspondent à des pièces distribuées par les constructeurs sous leurs propres emballages, soit qu'elles soient fabriquées par le constructeur automobile, soit qu'elles soient fournies par l'équipementier au constructeur automobile qui les vend sous ses propres emballages à ses distributeurs. Cet accord-cadre définit les termes régissant les marchés passés sur son fondement, désignés ci-après marchés subséquents. La présente consultation a vocation de permettre aux agents des ateliers mécaniques du Conseil Départemental des Pyrénées-Orientales et du Service Départemental d'Incendie et de Secours des Pyrénées-Orientales (SDIS 66) de réaliser en régie l'entretien et la réparation de la flotte VL, VLU, VU, PL et Engins. Les titulaires pourront être amenés à proposer des formations spécifiques qui seront traitées en prestation…
