Description

Les façades du château de Castelnou présentent d'importants désordres. Le Département a souhaité entreprendre leur restauration en deux opérations distinctes et successives : - Restauration des façades extérieures - Restauration intérieure. La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre avec un maximum de 487 500,00 euro(s) HT, qui sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Deux Prestations Supplémentaires Éventuelles sont prévues : la PSE 1 concerne les murs de soutènement et la PSE 2 concerne mise en place d'un escalier et d'un ascenseur
