Description
La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Le contrat comporte une tranche ferme et des tranches optionnelles (8) définies au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation des études préalables au projet de création d'une nouvelle véloroute entre Saint Paul et Caudiès de Fenouilledes, permettant ainsi de créer un itinéraire de rabattement vers la V81 sur le territoire des Pyrénées Orientales, jusqu'à l'obtention des autorisations réglementaires
