Description
La procédure de passation utilisée est : la procédure adaptée ouverte. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 3° du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Il s'agit de poursuivre la mise en oeuvre de plusieurs dispositifs de versements de prestations sociales, sous la forme de CESU (chèques emploi service universel), et de CAP (chèques d'accompagnement personnalisé)
