Description
Les prestations d'interprétariat seront réalisées dans le cadre de la compétence sociale et médico-sociale du Département, ainsi que pour les activités de l'Institut Départemental de l'Enfance et de l'Adolescence (IDEA), afin de permettre une meilleure prise en charge et un meilleur accompagnement par les agents des populations ne maîtrisant pas la langue française. La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande et sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires
