Description
La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande avec un montant minimum de 160 000,00 euro(s) HT et un montant maximum de 500 000,00 euro(s) HT. Les phases de conception et réalisation de tous les projets d'infrastructures linéaires, sont réalisées en interne par le Département. Ces phases, peuvent être définies comme suit : Phase 1: Conception et réalisation de la faisabilité des opérations, jusqu'à la phase projet. Cette phase nécessite des éléments topographiques avec application cadastrale, afin de réaliser les études pluridisciplinaires, dont l'étude agricole. Phase 2: Réalisation de l'ensemble des dossiers réglementaires, dont le dossier d'enquête parcellaire. Phase 3: Toutes les opérations relatives aux travaux. Les éléments topographiques étant indissociables des prestations foncières pour les phases 1 et 2, ils sont regroupés dans le lot n°2. Le lot n°1 regroupera l'ensemble des prestations topographiques relatives aux prestations de travaux
