Description
Framtiden Byggutveckling (FBU) planerar att bygga tre hus i 7 till 11 våningar med totalt 160 hyresrättslägenheter vid Övre Sanatoriegatan i Östra Kålltorp, Göteborg. FBU valde i mitten av maj 2023 att avsluta tidigare tecknat entreprenadkontrakt vilket innebär att det finns en påbörjad bygghandlingsprojektering och produktion att förhålla sig till och bygga vidare på. Projektet planeras att utföras i nära samarbete mellan beställare och entreprenör i en totalentreprenad i samverkan.
