Detta entreprenadkontrakt avser utveckling och genomförande av Stadshusprojekten i Mölndal, omfattande fastigheterna på Torggatan 1 och Göteborgsvägen 11–17 med tillhörande arbeten. Entreprenaden omfattar i huvudsak ombyggnad, renovering och verksamhetsanpassning av de båda byggnaderna. Fastigheten på Torggatan 1 omfattar cirka 7 505 m² BTA och det befintliga stadshuset på Göteborgsvägen 11–17 omfattar cirka 11 523 m² BTA.
