Description
Översiktlig information om objektet Upphandlingen avser förnyelse av fastigheterna Valhalla 2 och 5 på Valhallagatan 1 A-C, 3 A-B och Odengatan 23 A-D i Oskarström, totalt 81 lägenheter. Fastigheterna är byggda vid två olika tidpunkter. Valhalla 2 är uppförd 1975 och Valhalla 5 är uppförd 1958–1962. Förnyelsen omfattar i huvudsak stambyte (avlopp, kall- varm- och vvc-stammar), badrumsrenovering, köksrenovering, hallrenovering och byte av all elinstallation. Det finns flera badrumstyper och kökstyper (spegelvända typer förekommer), se A-ritningar. Trapphus ska målas om, nya postboxar installeras, ny belysning, nya säkerhetsdörrar och nytt låssystem för respektive fastighet. All elinstallation byts ut och IMD varmvatten installeras. IMD står för Individuell mätning och debitering. Fasadrenovering, balkongrenovering, nya fönster och balkongdörrar, yttertaket på Valhalla 2 byts ut. Avvikelser gällande balkongdörrar och fönster finns på Valhalla 2. Renoveringen utförs med kvarboende men ett fåtal hyresgäster kommer att evakueras.
