Upphandlingen omfattar nybyggnation av fyra flerbostadshus om totalt strax över 140 lgh samt parkeringsdäck i närheten av Härlanda Tjärn i Göteborg. Projektet planeras färdigställas i huvuddelar där hus B1 och B2 ingår i en huvuddel och hus B3 och B4 ingår i en annan huvuddel. Parkeringsdäck B5 överlämnas i samband med första huvuddelens överlämnande. Entreprenaden kommer att genomföras som en totalentreprenad till fast pris med indexreglering.
