Description
Inom detaljplaneområdet, mellan Backadalsgatan och Wadköpingsgatan, planerar Egnahemsbolaget och Framtiden Byggutveckling AB inom projektet Selma 2 att bygga ca 750 nya bostäder fördelat på 11 kvarter. Denna upphandling omfattar kvarter 2 som består av 140 lägenheter i 2-7 plan samt 8 BmSS-lägenheter och underliggande garage om drygt 100 platser. Upphandlingen innefattar även utbyggnad av kvartersgata och ca 50 markparkeringar. Entreprenaden kommer att utföras som en totalentreprenad till fast pris.
