Description

Vid Säterigatan i stadsdelen Lundby på Hisingen har den nya detaljplanen vunnit laga kraft. Syftet är att kunna uppföra en tät sammanhängande bebyggelse för att bättre knyta ihop Norra Älvstranden med övriga Lundby. Framtiden Byggutveckling AB har förvärvat Sannegården 90:3 (kv A-D) där samtliga kvarter omfattar ca 450 lägenheter. Denna upphandling avser kvarter C med option för att även utföra kvarter D. Det finns även optioner för avgående underjordiska garage i respektive kvarter.
