Description
Göteborgs Egnahems AB genomför denna upphandling för Förvaltnings AB Framtiden organisationsnummer 556012–6012. Uppdraget avser värdering av 90 bostadsfastigheter ägda av beställarens bolag. Två företag kommer att tilldelas kontrakt med 45 värderingar var och per år. Dessa är geografiskt spridda inom olika områden inom Göteborgs kommun. Upphandlingen avser även värdering av byggrätter, nyproduktions- eller ombyggnadsprojekt avseende bostadsfastigheter i olika områden i Göteborgs kommun.
