Description
Vid Säterigatan i stadsdelen Lundby på Hisingen har den nya detaljplanen vunnit laga kraft. Danaplatsen är belägen strax norr om området och omfattar en byggnad i om 175 lägenheter i 7 plan samt ca 25 parkeringsplatser i ett underliggande garage. Efter färdigställande kommer projektet att överlämnas till Bostads AB Poseidon för vidare förvaltning. Entreprenaden kommer att genomföras som en totalentreprenad till fast pris med indexreglering.
