Description

The National Council for Special Education (NCSE) invites tenders for an online cloud based Helpdesk Ticketing System that can be configured to process support requests to the NCSE from schools. The NCSE wish to launch this system by the end of August 2024 subject to negotiation with the preferred supplier in line with a good ticketing system being ready for launch.
