Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών για την ναυαγοσωστική κάλυψη πολυσύχναστων παραλιών του Δήμου Ρεθύμνης για το έτος 2024 και αφορά την περίοδο από 01/06/2024 έως και 30/09/2024 σύμφωνα με την απόφαση της επιτροπής του άρθρου 11 του ΠΔ 71/2020. Η ως άνω αναφερόμενη ναυαγοσωστική κάλυψη θα εκτελείται καθημερινά, καθώς και Κυριακές και Αργίες, για το σύνολο των ωρών κατά τις οποίες έκαστη παραλία είναι ανοικτή για το κοινό. Σύμφωνα με τα πρακτικά από τα Λιμεναρχεία το 2024 και πιο συγκεκριμένα: α) από το Αρ. Πρ. 2131.16/1847/2023 - 17/08/2023 Πρακτικό της Επιτροπής του Κεντρικού Λιμεναρχείου Ρεθύμνου, οι παραλίες που έχουν χαρακτηριστεί ως πολυσύχναστες λουτρικές εγκαταστάσεις και επιβάλλεται η επιτήρησή τους από ναυαγοσώστες είναι: 1. Παραλία Επισκοπής (μήκος 1000 μ.): Τρεις (3) ναυαγοσώστες, 100 μ. περίπου ανατολικά του καταστήματος υγειονομικού ενδιαφέροντος με την επωνυμία «ΜΑΡΓΑΡΙΤΑΡΙ» έως και 140 μ. από το δυτικό όριο του καταστήματος υγειονομικού ενδιαφέροντος με την επωνυμία «SCIROCCO» από το στίγμα (φ:35ο21’04.04’’ Β και 24ο 20’46.02’’Α) μέχρι το στίγμα (φ:35ο21’04.54’ Β και 24ο 20’06.30’’Α). 2.
