Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. L'objet de cet accord cadre est de s'adjoindre les services de prestataires chargés : - de réaliser des études de faisabilité ou d'opportunité, le cas échéant, cette mission n'étant pas systématique, - de l'élaboration de référentiels types (spatiaux et techniques) en complément parfois de ceux déjà existants, - de l'élaboration de documents de programmation de travaux pouvant aller d'un diagnostic ou d'un schéma directeur jusqu'aux programmes techniques détaillés (PTD) de travaux, - de leur mise en oeuvre : analyse des projets de concours ou Marché Public Global de Performance (MPGP), APS, APD, DCE, ainsi qu'un référentiel de suivi patrimonial (qualité de l'air, confort acoustique…) jusqu'à la phase DCE
