Description
L'objet de ce contrat de maintenance est d'assurer le maintien des performances des centrales photovoltaïques à leur meilleur niveau de production dans la durée et de mieux évaluer et de prévenir les risques techniques d'exploitation. Le prestataire assure l'entretien et les réparations des installations. En cours de marché, le patrimoine du Département peut être soumis à évolution. Les prestations de maintenance de nouvelles installations se feront dans les conditions prévues dans le BPU. La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande avec un seuil minimum et un seuil maximum par lot. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires
