Description
Concours de maîtrise d'oeuvre sur esquisse +. L'opération s'inscrit dans le schéma directeur de la restructuration du collège dans sa globalité. Ce collège a été construit dans les années 1970 à l'époque des « systèmes constructifs» avec une importante extension en 1983. Il accueille actuellement (rentrée 2021-22) 912 élèves dont 820 en collège, 60 élèves en SEGPA et 12 en ULIS (Unités Localisées pour l'Inclusion Scolaire) et 20 en UPE2A (Unités Pédagogiques pour Élèves Allophones Arrivants). L'acheteur passera un marché de services sans publicité ni mise en concurrence préalables avec le lauréat ou l'un des lauréats du concours. Le futur marché aura pour objet de confier à l'équipe de maîtrise d'oeuvre titulaire une mission constituée des éléments suivants : ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, EXE, DET, AOR, OPC. L'enveloppe affectée aux travaux est évaluée à 12 837 600 euro(s) TTC
