Description

Concours de maîtrise d'oeuvre sur esquisse +. La phase 2 relative au présent concours, s'inscrit dans le schéma directeur de la restructuration du collège. Construit dans les années 1970, ce collège apparaît de nos jours aux capacités d'évolutivité inadaptées. De plus, il présente de nombreux désordres techniques et de non-conformités, bâtiments moins fonctionnels et entraînant des coûts de maintenance et d'exploitation importants. L'acheteur passera un marché de services sans publicité ni mise en concurrence préalables avec le lauréat ou l'un des lauréats du concours. Le futur marché aura pour objet de confier à l'équipe de maîtrise d'oeuvre titulaire une mission constituée des éléments suivants : ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, EXE, DET , AOR L'enveloppe affectée aux travaux est évaluée à 6 240 000 euro(s) TTC
