Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Accord-cadre à bons de commande avec minimum fixé à 500 000,00 euro(s) HT et maximum fixé à 2 000 000,00 euro(s) HT. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 4 ans. Le Conseil Départemental, dans un souci de promotion de l'emploi et de lutte contre l'exclusion, s'est engagé dans une politique volontariste d'insertion des personnes à la recherche d'un emploi ou en voie d'exclusion. Pour cela, il a décidé de faire appel à ses partenaires privilégiés que sont les entreprises, afin de favoriser l'accès à l'emploi de ces personnes, à travers la mise en oeuvre de la clause d'insertion professionnelle ("clause sociale"), condition d'exécution du marché qui s'impose au titulaire selon les dispositions fixées par le contrat
