Description

<br/>Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée.<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires.<br/>Il s'agit de créer des parcours personnalisés ayant pour objectifs : - L'insertion des personnes pour lesquelles un accompagnement individuel et collectif est nécessaire ; - La favorisation d'une progression dans leur parcours d'insertion ; - L'accompagnement sur la globalité des freins (social, emploi, formation, mobilité, logement, santé…) ; - Coconstruire un projet réaliste et réalisable à court, moyen ou long terme dans le domaine professionnel et/ou personnel ; - Expérimenter le monde du travail. Public visé :- lots 1 à 8 : allocataires du rSa - lot 9 : jeunes de 16 à 25 ans (allocataires rSa ; accompagnés par l'ASE). Le Département s'est engagé dans une politique volontariste d'insertion des personnes à la recherche d'un emploi ou en voie d'exclusion, en faisant appel à ses partenaires privilégiés, les entreprises, à travers la mise en oeuvre de la clause d'insertion professionnelle (clause sociale), condition d'exécution du marché qui s'impose au titulaire.<br/>
