<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires.<br/>Cet accompagnement concerne le contrat Parcours Emploi Compétences/Contrat d'Accompagnement dans l'Emploi (PEC/CAE) et a pour objet de faciliter l'insertion professionnelle des personnes rencontrant des difficultés sociales et professionnelles particulières d'accès à l'emploi. Il associe la mise en situation professionnelle avec l'accès à la formation et l'acquisition de nouvelles compétences. L'accompagnement vise à accroître l'employabilité du participant, en visant sa montée en compétence et en levant les freins éventuels.Les objectifs sous-jacents sont les suivants : apporter une plus-value pour le salarié dans la perspective de sorties dynamiques au terme du contrat d'accompagnement et faire émerger des solutions visant à pérenniser son insertion professionnelle notamment en sensibilisant les employeurs et les salariés aux formations, dispositifs et actions professionnalisantes pertinentes pour le projet professionnel du salarié et les accompagner dans leur mise en oeuvre. <br/>
