<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires.<br/>L'objectif principal étant l'insertion professionnelle pérenne, l'accompagnement vise à accroître l'employabilité du participant en visant sa montée en compétence et en levant les freins éventuels. Les objectifs sous-jacents sont les suivants : - Apporter une plus-value pour le salarié dans la perspective de sorties dynamiques au terme du contrat d'accompagnement. S'entendent par sorties dynamiques : - les sorties vers l'emploi durable : CDI, CDD ou missions d'intérim de six mois et plus, intégration dans la fonction publique, création d'entreprise, - les sorties vers « un emploi de transition » : CDD ou période d'intérim de plus de six mois ou emploi saisonnier, - les sorties positives : formations pré-qualifiantes ou qualifiantes. - Identifier et lever les freins éventuels pour pérenniser l'insertion professionnelle du salarié. Public visé : les personnes en Contrat Initiative Emploi (« CIE », secteur marchand) prescrit par le Département des Pyrénées-Orientales.<br/>
