Description
La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre avec un maximum de 3 344 000,00 euro(s) HT. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Le présent accord cadre a pour objet la réalisation des opérations de travaux en investissements dans les bâtiments et les collèges publics du Département des Pyrénées Orientales et de l'IDEA. Le but de l'accord cadre étant de répondre dans les meilleures conditions à la programmation annuelle des travaux d'investissements. Date prévisionnelle de début des prestations: mars 2025
