Description
La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre avec un maximum de 280 000,00 euro(s) HT qui sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Le CONSEIL DÉPARTEMENTAL des PYRÉNÉES ORIENTALES souhaite entreprendre une série de travaux d'entretien et de réparation concernant ses monuments historiques , le Palais des Rois de Majorque, le Château Royal de Collioure, Le Prieuré de Serrabona et la chapelle Notre Dame des anges à Perpignan. L'équipe de Maîtrise d'oeuvre devra être composée a minima d'un Architecte en chef des monuments historiques (ACMH) ou Architecte de compétence équivalente, selon l'article 4 du décret 2009-749 du 22 juin 2009. Les candidatures seront soumises à la DRAC pour accord
