Description

La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre avec un maximum de 490 000,00 euro(s) HT qui sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet de réaliser des missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre dans le cadre de la construction de quatre pôles d'échanges multimodaux (PEM) sur des gares existantes le long du parcours du Train Jaune afin de promouvoir les mobilités douces sur les territoires des Hauts cantons catalans. Les quatre pôles d'échanges multimodaux (PEM) concernent les territoires suivants : - Villefranche-de-Conflent / Vernet-Les-Bains - Mont-Louis / La Cabanasse - Font-Romeu via Odeillo - Latour-de-Carol / Enveitg
