Description
La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre avec un minimum de 115 000,00 euro(s) HT et un maximum de 966 666,67 euro(s) HT, qui sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. En 2002, le Département a mis en place, en partenariat avec la DRAC Languedoc-Roussillon, dans le cadre d'une convention-cadre, le « Plan-Objet 66 ». La DRAC Occitanie reste associée à ce programme et la Région Occitanie le soutient également depuis 2005. Ce dispositif est piloté par le Centre de Conservation et de Restauration du Patrimoine (CCRP) du Département. Le «Plan-Objet 66» a pour objectifs la réalisation de l'inventaire du patrimoine religieux, mobilier et immobilier, l'évaluation sanitaire des objets accompagnée de préconisations de traitements de conservation ou d'entretien, la mise en oeuvre d'interventions de conservation préventive et curative permettant d'assurer la pérennité du patrimoine, des études préalables à restauration.
