Description
Zur Bearbeitung von Forschungsvorhaben soll eine hochpräzise Ultra-Mikrowaage beschafft werden. Die Waage wird für den Einsatz in einer kontrollierten Laborumgebung innerhalb der Forschungs- und Entwicklungsabteilung benötigt. Sie dient der gravimetrischen Analyse geringster Substanzmengen und soll sowohl in wissenschaftlichen Experimenten als auch in der qualitätsgesicherten Probenvorbereitung eingesetzt werden. Zur Sicherstellung höchster Genauigkeit und Rückführbarkeit der Messergebnisse ist eine Kalibrierung erforderlich. Die Ultramikrowaage muss Messgenauigkeiten im Bereich von wenigen Mikrogramm erreichen und eine hohe Wiederholbarkeit und Langzeitstabilität unter standardisierten Laborbedingungen gewährleisten. Darüber hinaus wird erwartet, dass die Waage über integrierte Funktionen zur automatisierten Datenerfassung und -verarbeitung verfügt. Die Einbindung in ein bestehendes Labor-IT-System (z. B. über Ethernet oder USB) muss ebenso möglich sein wie die Nutzung interaktiver Softwaretools zur Unterstützung der Wägeprozesse.
