Description
Die Beschichtung von verschiedenen Objekten, wie Implantatkomponenten (Stents, Elektroden, etc.) und Flachproben stellt am IIB e.V. dabei einen Arbeitsschwerpunkt dar. Zum Ausbau dieser Technologie plant das IIB e.V. die Beschaffung einer neuen Beschichtungsanlage. Die Beschichtungsanlage soll zur Verwendung in anspruchsvollen Laborumgebungen, Forschungs- und Entwicklungsabteilungen eingesetzt werden. Ein relevanter Anwendungsbereich ist bspw. die Beschichtung von Substraten und Implantaten mit verschiedenen Polymeren bzw. Polymer-Wirkstoff-Gemischen. Dabei soll das Gerät die Möglichkeit bieten, unterschiedlichste Geomet-rien homogen zu beschichten. Hierbei nehmen Parameter, wie bspw. die Tröpfchengröße des Sprühstrahls und der Arbeitsabstand zwischen Düse und Probe sowie die Dauer des Sprühvorgangs eine zentrale Rolle ein.
