Description
Es handelt sich um eine elektrodynamische Universalprüfmaschine zur dynamischen Prüfung von Materialproben im Zug-, Druck- und Wechsellastbereich. Mit der elektrodynamischen Universalprüfmaschine soll es möglich sein, Dauerschwingversuche im Lastbereich von 0,1 – 3000 N durchzuführen. Diese Versuche sollen sowohl über eine Weg- als auch eine Kraftregelung konfigurierbar sein. Lastspielzahlen von maximal 400 Mio. Zyklen ohne Unterbrechung sollen möglich sein. Die Maschine muss dazu auch hohe Prüffrequenzen von bis zu 100 Hz ermöglichen. Es sollen vornehmlich flache Proben (Kunststoffe, biologische Gewebe) mit geringen Steifigkeiten, aber auch flache metallische Proben mit entsprechend höherer Steifigkeit prüfbar sein. Dazu sind passende Probenhalter mitzuliefern. Der Prüfaufbau soll zusätzlich die Möglichkeit bieten den Laststrang mit eigenen Prüfaufbauten und -vorrichtungen zu konfigurieren. Wird die elektrodynamische Prüfmaschine als Tischmodell angeboten, muss ein Aufstelltisch mit Luftfederung mitgeliefert werden.
