Description
Es handelt sich um ein konfokales Laserscanningmikroskop (CLSM) zur hochpräzisen, berührungslosen Vermessung von Oberflächenstrukturen und zur Analyse dünner polymerbasierter Schichtsysteme. Die Hauptanwendung liegt in der 3D-Darstellung von Oberflächentopographen und der quantitativen Bestimmung der Oberflächenrauheit gemäß der Normen ISO 25178 (dreidimensionale Flächenrauheit) sowie ISO 4287 (zweidimensionale Profilrauheit). Weiterhin muss die automatisierte Ermittlung von Schichtdicken im Mikrometerbereich unterstützt werden. Das System muss eine optische 3D-Messtechnik auf konfokaler Basis besitzen, die eine hohe laterale und vertikale Auflösung gewährleistet sowie reproduzierbare Topographie- und Höhendaten liefert. Für eine normgerechte Auswertung müssen entsprechende Softwaremodule zur Verfügung stehen, die relevante Parameter wie Sa, Sq, Sz (ISO 25178) sowie Ra, Rq, Rz (ISO 4287) automatisiert berechnen können. Das Mikroskop muss über einen motorisierten XY-Tisch mit hoher Positioniergenauigkeit, eine Auswahl geeigneter Messobjektive, ein integriertes Lasersystem sowie eine benutzerfreundliche Softwareoberfläche verfügen.
