Description
Das Digitalmikroskop soll ein schwenkbares Stativ, einen motorisierten Probentisch sowie eine optische Einheit beinhalten, die Vergrößerungen von 5x bis 2000x ermöglicht. Zur Erreichung der genannten Ver-größerungen sollen mindestens drei verschiedene Objektive verfügbar sein, die entweder über einen Objektivrevolver oder als Einzelobjektive verwendet werden können. Die Kamera soll mindestens 4K-aufgelöste Bilder erzeugen und sowohl die Foto- als auch Videodokumentation ermöglichen. Zusätzlich sollen verschiedene Beleuchtungsarten (koaxiale Beleuchtung, Ringbeleuchtung, Durchlicht) zur Verfü-gung stehen. Die dazugehörige Mikroskopsoftware soll sowohl vertikales Stacking zur Erzeugung tiefenscharfer Bilder als auch die laterale Zusammensetzung von Bildern (2D image stitching) ermöglichen. Es soll neben 2D-Messfunktionen (z.B. Abstände, Durchmesser, Winkel) und 3D-Messfunktionen (Höhenprofil, Rauheiten) auch eine automatisierte Partikelanalyse (Größe, Morphologie) verfügbar sein. Die Kalibrierung der Messfunktionen muss möglich sein.
