Description
Kau avser att upphandla ett avtal med en resebyrå för avrop av resebyråtjänster enligt villkor i upphandlingsdokumentet inklusive e-avrop. Med resebyråtjänster avses traditionell resebyråtjänst och webbaserat självbokningssystem för bokning av olika typer av tjänsteresor både inrikes och utrikes. Leverantören skall tillhandahålla fullservice för tjänsteresor för Kau. Detta innebär bland annat tjänster för reseplanering och information samt beställningar/bokningar, ombokningar, avbokningar och krediteringar och en användarvänlig och funktionell självbokningstjänst.
