På Karlstads universitet har vi olika målgrupper, från barn på 8 år till utländska toppforskare och de kräver olika kreativa lösningar. Vi vill ha en partner som kan se till målgruppernas olika behov och kan komma med kreativa förslag på produkter och gåvor som passar till rätt målgrupp. Vi vill att profilprodukterna kan beställas på ett smidigt sätt i en webbshop integrerat med universitetets e-handelssystem och levereras direkt från anbudsgivaren till beställaren, nationellt och det kan även förekomma internationella beställare. Karlstads universitet upphandlar leverantör av profilprodukter.
