Description

Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för konsulttjänster inom Qlik‑utveckling kopplat till individbaserad systematisk uppföljning (ISU) och forskningsrelaterade visualiseringsprojekt. Uppdraget omfattar utveckling, analys, datamodellering och visualisering av individdata inom socialtjänsten, i nära samarbete med forskare, analytiker och verksamhetsrepresentanter. Arbetet sker i en miljö där känsliga personuppgifter hanteras och där dataskydd, metodologisk noggrannhet och förståelse för socialtjänstens processer är centrala .
