Description
Vaxholms stad, nedan kallad för Staden, inbjuder genom denna förfrågan anbudsgivare att lämna anbud på ramavtal avseende konsulttjänster i enlighet med förutsättningarna angivna i detta upphandlingsdokument samt bifogade formulär/bilagor. Vaxholms stad (Staden) har ca 12 000 invånare. Staden omfattar ca 70 öar varav 57 bebodda samt den stora gröna halvön Bogesundslandet. Ytterligare information om Staden återfinns på www.vaxholm.se. Upphandlingen SBN.2024.130 omfattar resursförstärkning i form av tidsbestämda eller löpande uppdrag i en viss omfattning eller genom uppdrag för enskilda ärenden. Behovet av kapacitetsförstärkning uppstår när egna inplanerade resurser inte räcker till. Upphandlingen ska resultera i ett ramavtal, med max tre (3) leverantörer, för avrop av konsulttjänster i kompetensområden: 1. Tillsynshandläggare MB och PBL, 2. Bygglovshandläggare 3. Strandskyddshandläggare. Anbudsgivarna måste kunna offerera konsulter i samtliga tre angivna områden. Staden antar det ekonomiskt mest fördelaktiga anbudet enligt utvärderingsgrunden bästa pris, rangordnat enligt särskild fördelningsnyckel. Staden beräknar att avropa konsulter för ca: 900 tkr per år.
