Description
Vaxholms stad har behov att teckna ramavtal med en leverantör för tillhandahållande av en helhetslösning för oberoende visselblåsartjänst för verksamhet inom Vaxholms stad. Visselblåsartjänsten ska innefatta en ändamålsenlig och lättillgänglig rapporteringskanal som syftar till att anställda och andra som befinner sig ett arbetsrelaterat sammanhang till kommunen ska kunna anmäla allvarliga missförhållanden i någon verksamhet och som det finns ett allmänintresse av att de kommer fram. Tjänsten ska vidare innefatta initial bedömning av hurvida inkomna ärenden kvalificerar sig som visselblåsarärenden, rekommendation om fördjupad utredning och i förekommande fall genomförande av fördjupande utredningar. Kommunen avser att teckna avtal med en leverantör för tillhandahållande av en helhetstjänst avseende system, bedömning och utredning. Kommunen antar det ekonomiskt mest fördelaktiga anbudet enligt utvärderingsgrunden bästa pris. Takvolymen för ramavtalet inklusive alla optioner är 4 000 000 SEK. Beräknad avtalsstart är 2027-01-01.
