Description
Vaxholms stad och Roslagsvatten inbjuder till anbudsgivning gällande - Ramavtal Mark, VA och finplanering med diarienummer KS 2025/172, enligt nedanstående instruktioner och bifogade handlingar. Upphandlingen är gemensam för Vaxholms stad och Roslagsvatten AB, men Roslagsvatten är endast avropsberättigad avseende va-arbeten inom ramen för projektet Vaxholms kajer (del A nedan). Det innebär att vissa arbeten beställs och betalas av Roslagsvatten. (I de olika upphandlingsdokumenten används begreppen "Staden" eller "Beställaren", men de avser båda organisationerna). Ramavtal avses tecknas med tre (3) leverantörer, förutsatt att så många godkända anbud inkommer. Ramavtalet startar under Q1/2026 (preliminärt), och gäller i två år, med möjlighet till förlängning i två omgångar om ett år vardera. Avtalsperioden kan alltså bli max fyra år. Detta ramavtal gäller för: A. avrop av tjänster för renovering av Vaxholms kaj, mark, VA och finplanering (se AFC.1). Renoveringen pågår enligt plan i olika etapper; samt B. avrop av tjänster till underhåll, nybyggnation och övriga entreprenadprojekt i Vaxholm.
