Ramavtalet omfattar Entreprenaden: Tillsyn, skötsel och drift av anläggningar och objekt Uppfyllande av myndighetskrav enligt åtagande i detta avtal Avrop och dokumentation av myndighetsbesiktningar Avhjälpande underhåll (felanmälningar) med tillhörande arbetsplanering Dokumentation av avhjälpande underhåll Skriftliga förslag på planerat underhåll och förbättringar i enlighet med målsättningen för entreprenaden Offerter på planerat underhåll, anpassningar och förbättringar, om B begär detta Sammanställning och överlämnande av driftrapport och entreprenadrapport Medverka vid projekt, fastighetsvisningar, besiktningar i övrigt såsom B:s representant för driftfrågor och driftrelaterad information Övriga fastighetsnära tjänster som utförs mot tilläggsbeställningar från stadens verksamheter och hyresgäster Fastighetssystem/ärendehantering ska ingå i upphandlingen. Uppskattade behovet är cirka 20 000 000 SEK per avtalsår. Uppskattade volymer och innebär ingen garanti. Takvolym för ramavtalet är 200 000 000 SEK för avtalsperioden på fyra år.
