Description
Vaxholms stad, nedan kallas Staden inbjuder härmed Anbudsgivare att inkomna med anbud avseende tvätteritjänster i hemtjänsten. Hemtjänsten inom Staden är ett verksamhetsområde inom Socialförvaltningen. Cirka femtio (50) brukare i Stadens hemtjänst använder sig av tvätteritjänster idag. Tvätt som insats är biståndsbedömd och individuella biståndsbeslut enligt Socialtjänstlagen. SoL, finns för dem som har insatsen tvätt. Insatsen omfattar tvätt var fjortonde dag och kan variera efter brukarens behov dock max två (2) gånger per månad. Stadens hemtjänst har under flera år köpt tvätteritjänst för brukarens tvätt. Tvätteritjänster gör att även undersköterskor och vårdbiträdens arbete inom Stadens hemtjänst renodlas mer till omvårdnadsarbete. Tvätteritjänsten innefattar hemtjänstkunder i ordinärt boende och omfattar alla brukare som beviljats insatsen tvätt och som valt Stadens hemtjänst. Uppdragets omfattning kan komma att förändras under avtalstiden p.g.a. förändrade behov. ______________________________________________________________________ Ramavtalet gäller i två (2) år med option för Staden att förlänga upp till två (2) år, med ett (1) år i taget.
