Vaxholms Stad bjuder in anbudsgivare att lämna anbud i upphandling för ramavtal hantverkstjänster-Måleriarbeten. Vaxholms stad (Staden) har ca 12 000 invånare. Staden omfattar ca 70 öar varav 57 bebodda samt den stora gröna halvön Bogesundslandet. Naturskönhet med goda möjligheter till friluftsliv och den omedelbara närheten till Stockholms innerstad är några av de faktorer som bidrar till att så många vill bo och arbeta i Vaxholm. Ytterligare information om Staden återfinns på www.vaxholm.se. Denna Upphandling avser ramavtal för Elarbeten. Översiktlig information Staden förvaltar en yta om ca 60 000 kvm bestående av skolor, förskolor, äldreboende, förvaltningsbyggnader, idrottsbyggnader och ett fåtal övriga byggnader. Staden har också ett aktiebolag, Smeden 3 AB som förvaltar en yta om 2 671 kvm med 32 lägenheter och 1 lokal. Detta aktiebolag omfattas av dessa tre upphandlingar och ska kunna avropa på ramavtalet. Vaxholms stad har ingen egen personal för fastigheternas drift utan staden anlitar en driftsentreprenör som svarar för den drifttekniska fastighetsförvaltningen.
