Pentru achizitia produselor mentionate, s-a primit referatul de necesitate, avizat DFC si aprobat de conducerea SJUSM, respectiv: - Referatul de necesitate nr. 715/ 19.06.2024 intocmit de catre Marincas Ramona In calitate de asistent medical CPIAAM si Medic primar epidemiolog Dr. Aracs Szigeti Anna Maria; Ca urmare a faptului ca valoarea estimata in cuprinsul referatului de necesitate, depaseste valoarea maxima estimata in PAAP 2024, s-a intocmit Nota justificativa nr 13622/ 25.06.2024 privind modificarea PAAP Modificarea PAAP, conform documentelor mentionate, a fost avizata de catre Consiliul de Administratie a SJUSM, prin Hotararea nr 11/ 05.07.2024 Achizitionarea dezinfectantilor este necesara pentru o buna functionare a Spitalului Judetean de Urgenta Satu Mare,care este unitate sanitara cu paturi, care participa la asigurarea starii de sanatate a populatiei,prin dezinsectie si dezinfectie. Nu ne putem permite punerea in pericol a sanatatii si vietii pacientilor prin expunerea la riscuri asociate infectiilor.
