Spitalul Judetean Satu Mare doreste achizitionarea reactivilor in vederea cresterii acuratetii, calitatii si rapiditatii in diagnosticarea profesionista a tuturor tipurilor de pacienti, extinderii panelului de teste pentru a putea servi unui numar cat mai mare a acestora. Solicitam demararea procedurii de achizitie publica cu respectarea lotizarii din referatul de necesitate nr. 6464/23.03.2026, inclus in anexa nr.2 al prezentului caiet de sarcini, solicitarea laboratorului privind comasarea produselor in loturi este fundamentata pe existenta unei interdependente functionale intre acestea. Necesitatea autoritatii contractante de achizitiona produse cu functionalitate ori destinatie unitara justifica atribuirea la comun a mai multor componente. Produsele sunt destinate utilizarii in cadrul unor proceduri medicale similare, pentru diagnosticarea mai multor afectiuni cu manifestari clinice identice sau comparabile.. Specificatiile tehnice ale fiecarui lot in parte se regasesc in Caietul de sarcini Anexa 1. Nu se accepta oferte partiale. Se va incheia acord cadru pe o perioada de 36 luni.
