Description
Autoritatea Contractanta doreste achizitionarea reactivilor conform celor descrise in Anexa 1 la Caietul de Sarcini, impartite in 14 loturi. Prin achizitionarea reactivilor descrisi in Anexa 1 - Specificatii Tehnice - la Caietul de Sarcini, autoritatea contractanta doreste sa raspunda necesitatilor identificate in cadrul spitalului. Luand in considerare obiectul achizitiei si valoarea estimata ce depaseste pragurile prevazute de art. 7 , alin (1), litera C din Legea 98/2016, se va organiza procedura de Licitatie Deschisa, astfel incat se poate considera ca avem un grad inalt de complexitate. Ca urmare a faptului ca, achizitia a fost inclusa in PAAP 2026– pozitia nr. 4- s-a intocmit referatul de necesitate cu nr. 133/01.04.2026 intocmit de Medic Sef UPU-SMURD Dr. Moldovan Adriana si referatul nr. 44/15.05.2026 intocmit de Medic Coordonator Dr. Morosanu Vitalie - referate avizate DFC si aprobate de managerul unitatii.
