In cadrul procedurii vor fi achizitionate gaze medicale pentru toate sectiile Spitalului Judetean de Urgenta Satu Mare impartiti in 1 lot conform Anexei atasate prezentei Strategii de contractare. Factorii interesati de finalizarea prezentei proceduri pot fi incadrati astfel: - doctorii care recomanda in tratament oxigenul medicinal; - personalul tehnic din cadrul spitalului care are ca sarcina aprovizionarea cu oxigen medicinal; - pacientii care sunt interesati ca spitalul sa fie aprovizionat cu acest produs, considerat medicament; - furnizorii de oxigen medicinal, care trebuie sa asigure cu regularitate acest medicament; Avand in vedere faptul ca aprovizionarea cu gaze medicale se face in functie de numarul de pacientilor care apeleaza la serviciile sectiilor, informatii care nu se cunosc cu precizie in momentul initierii unei proceduri de achizitie, autoritatea contractanta a decis ca pentru fiecare lot in parte, procedura sa se finalizeze prin incheiere a unui acord-cadru cu 3 operatori economici, pentru o perioada de 36 luni. Frecventa si valoarea contractelor ce vor fi atribuite: Frecventa CS: lunar sau o data la 6 luni, in functie de numarul de pacienti care apele…
