Pentru achizitia produselor mentionate, s-a primit referatul de necesitate, avizat DFC si aprobat de conducerea SJUSM, respectiv: - Referatul de necesitate nr. 19300/18.09.2023 intocmit de catre Medic primar epidemiolog Dr. Aracs Szigeti Anna Maria; Ca urmare a faptului ca, valoarea estimata in cuprinsul referatului de necesitate, depaseste valoarea maxima estimata in PAAP 2023, s-a intocmit Nota justificativa nr 21829/18.10.2023 privind modificarea PAAP si Referatul de modificare PAAP nr 21831/18.10.2023. Modificarea PAAP, conform documentelor mentionate, a fost avizata de catre Consiliul de Administratie a SJUSM conform. Hotararii nr. 19 din data de 16.11.2023. Achizitionarea dezinfectantilor este necesara pentru o buna functionare a Spitalului Judetean de Urgenta Satu Mare,care este unitate sanitara cu paturi, care participa la asigurarea starii de sanatate a populatiei,prin dezinsectie si dezinfectie. Nu ne putem permite punerea in pericol a sanatatii si vietii pacientilor prin expunerea la riscuri asociate infectiilor.
