Description
Laboratorul de analize medicale al Spitalului Judetean Satu Mare doreste achizitionarea acestor reactivi in vederea cresterii acuratetii, calitatii si rapiditatii in diagnosticarea profesionista a tuturor tipurilor de pacienti, extinderii panelului de teste pentru a putea servi unui numar cat mai mare a acestora, precum si pentru indeplinirea criteriilor in vederea mentinerii acreditarii RENAR si a contractului cu CNAS Satu Mare. Medic sef laborator Dr. Pop Roxana, solicita demararea procedurii de achizitie publica cu respectarea lotizarii din referat de necesitate. Necesarul are un numar de 23 de loturi. Testele sunt necesare pentru a asigura continuitatea efectuarii lor, deoarece acestea fac parte din portofoliul de analize efectuate de laborator. Specificatiile tehnice ale fiecarui lot in parte se regasesc in Caietul de sarcini Anexa 1. Se va incheia acord cadru pe o perioada de 36 luni. In intervalul unui an calendaristic se preconizeaza ca se vor incheia un numar estimativ de minim 1 contract subsevent si un numar maxim de 12 contracte subsecvente, frecventa celui mai mare contract subsecvent putand fi incheiat la 12 luni.
