Description
Pentru achizitia serviciilor s-au intocmit referatul: nr. 8226/14.05.2024 intocmit de Sef Sectie UPU-SMURD aprobate si vizate DFC de conducerea SJUSM. Spitalul Judetean de Urgenta Satu Mare, doreste achizitionarea acestor servicii din cauza deficitului major de medici din UPU(18 posturi ocupate din 32 de posturi normate,din care turele se acopera doar cu 14 medici restul fiind in incapacitate de munca din diferite motive)neputand astfel asigura minimul de 3 medici pe tura si acordarea concediilor legale de odihna. Mentionam si faptul ca este un deficit de personal medical calificat si ca nu s-a depus nici un dosar pentru posturile de medic rezident sau specialist scoase la concurs de SJUSM. Se va incheia acord cadru pe o perioada de 24 luni. In intervalul unui an calendaristic se preconizeaza ca se vor incheia un numar estimativ de minim 1 contract subsevent si un numar maxim de 12 contracte subsecvente, frecventa celui mai mare contract subsecvent putand fi incheiat la 12 luni. Cantitatile minime si maxime estimate ale contractelor subsecvente se regasesc in anexa 1 a strategiei de contractare si ale caietului de sarcini.
