Description
The purpose of this questionnaire is to identify Mechanical / Engineering Contractors who can meet our requirements and, depending on the number of suitably qualified providers, to draw up a short-list of candidates to be invited to tender for the above contract. It is emphasised that the information requested in this questionnaire is aimed solely at determining the suitability and choice of candidates for entry to the Tendering Stages. Medite Smartply (MS) are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified Mechanical / Engineering Contractors who can offer an Integrated Engineering Services at both manufacturing plants. The scope of works involved. 1. The service provider will offer two qualified Quantity Surveyors or Engineers (one either site) to work closely/directed by the Maintenance and capital projects team (TBC) on both sites. Companies have the option to opt for one or both sites, however the clear preference is to have one company providing the service to both sites.
